In this class, you will be focusing on performing exercises designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the entire body with particular focus on core activation and joint stabilization.


Reformer Tower & Stretch

The Reformer Tower class turns the Reformer machine into a half Cadillac, perfect for learning to stabilize and support your body in a variety of positions. The class utilizes the mat work extender placed onto the Reformer and uses the roll down and push through bar elements of the tower. This fun and engaging class is great for adding extra challenge to your practice.
Reformer Full Body

The Reformer Full Body class is the go-to for those who want to sculpt, condition and align their body for the ultimate results. This classes focuses on the principles of Reformer Pilates movements designed to improve your strength, endurance and balance.

The Reformer Core Tone class focuses on one of Pilates' core principles; Centering. This class involves classical and contemporary pilates movements on the Reformer where your core will be challenged from each and every angle.
